Gray Area Drinking Coaching

You do not have to be physically addicted to alcohol to walk away. You do not have to drink every day or hit some horrible bottom to give up alcohol. Like me, you can just feel in your gut that alcohol is no longer serving you. You can wake up after a night of binge drinking and say – Enough! 

If you know in your gut that alcohol is a negative in your life. If you have spent way too much energy attempting to moderate your drinking over the years – you may be a gray area drinker. You may want to stop drinking, but you keep picking up a drink again because – “it’s not so bad” or “it’s not like I am addicted” or “everyone around me drinks like I do and they don’t seem to have a problem”.

 

So how do you make this change and create a fulfilling life without alcohol?

 

First, I will help you get curious about ways to heal and calm your nervous system as well as learn how to deal with difficult life situations without distracting or numbing yourself with alcohol.

As a Certified Gray Area Drinker Coach, I will guide you through exploring what you truly want and need to help you live a creative, fun, calm life.  You do not have to completely change your life or give up having fun just because you have taken this one thing – alcohol – out of your life.  In fact, instead of focusing on what you have removed from your life we will focus on what you can add into your life to create a life from which you will no longer want to escape.
